This policy outlines our complaints handling process and content removal procedures. If you are a user of nabher.com (the “Website”), this policy forms part of your agreement with us.

This policy applies to all content hosted on nabher.com, including digitally altered, AI-generated, manipulated, or synthetic intimate imagery depicting an identifiable person without their consent.

  • Who can use this Complaints Policy: Whether or not you are a User of nabher.com, you can use this Complaints Policy to alert us to any complaint which you have relating to nabher.com.

  • How to make a complaint: If you have a complaint about nabher.com, (including any complaint about Content appearing on nabher.com, or the conduct of a User), please submit your complaint by completing our online form on this page. You are required to complete all mandatory fields, provide a description of your complaint and, if your complaint relates to Content, the URL for the Content to which your complaint relates.

  • Content Removal: If you believe that content on nabher.com depicts you improperly, was shared without your consent, or constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated or synthetic depictions), you may request its removal. Please provide as much detail as possible, including relevant URLs, dates, and identifying information. We prioritize these complaints and may temporarily disable access to reported content pending investigation.

    • We will review your request and, where valid, remove the reported content within 48 hours of receipt.
    • We will make reasonable efforts to locate and remove known identical copies of the reported content.
    • If the content violates our policies, it will be immediately removed.
    • If further information is needed, we will reach out to you.
    • You may appeal any decisions by contacting [email protected].

  • How we deal with complaints of illegal or non-consensual content: This includes real, digitally altered, AI-generated, or synthetic intimate imagery shared without the depicted person's consent. Following receipt of your complaint:

    • Upon receipt of a valid complaint, we will remove the reported content within 48 hours. We may temporarily disable access to the reported content while the investigation is underway.

    • We will make reasonable efforts to locate and remove known identical copies of the reported content across the platform.

    • Each complaint will be assigned a reference number so you can track your request.

    • If we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you to let you know.

    • We may preserve relevant records or evidence where required by law or for the investigation of policy violations.

    • We will in good faith investigate your complaint and take the following action:

      • If we determine that the Content is unlawful or non-consensual, we will immediately remove such Content, and we will notify you of our decision by email or other electronic message.

      • If we determine that the Content is not unlawful or non-consensual, we will notify you of our decision by email or other electronic message.

      • Any dispute regarding our decision on non-consensual content will be submitted by us to a neutral arbitration association at our expense.

  • Content depicting minors or unlawful sexual content: Any content depicting minors or otherwise unlawful sexual content will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline, where required by law. There are no exceptions to this policy. If the content depicts a minor, we also encourage use of NCMEC's Take It Down service. For nonconsensual intimate imagery involving adults, we encourage use of StopNCII.org to help prevent further spread across platforms.

  • How we deal with complaints related to copyright infringement: We will respond to copyright infringement complaints as set out in our DMCA Policy.

  • How we deal with other complaints: Following receipt of other complaints (including complaints related to other breaches of our policies):

    • We will take such steps as we consider appropriate to investigate your complaint within a timescale appropriate to the nature of your complaint.

    • If we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you to let you know.

    • We will in good faith take such actions as we consider appropriate to deal with the issue raised. If your complaint relates to content that violates our policies, we will act quickly to remove such content.

  • Operator and uploader responsibility: Website operators and content uploaders are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is fully consensual and legally compliant. All performers must have verifiable age documentation on file prior to publication. Content that cannot be verified as consensual and legally compliant is subject to immediate removal.

  • Unjustified or abusive complaints: If you are a User of nabher.com, you warrant (make a legally enforceable promise) that you will not make any complaint which is wholly unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. If we determine that you have breached this warranty, we may suspend or terminate your User account.
